About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse In-charge to oversee daily warehouse operations within our interior fit-out and joinery division. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience managing materials, and the ability to coordinate manpower efficiently to ensure smooth production flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and control all warehouse operations related to interior fit-out and joinery works.
- Prepare and manage daily/weekly job schedules for carpenters, painters, and production staff.
- Monitor material availability and ensure timely issuance for ongoing projects.
- Maintain accurate stock records for raw materials, consumables, and finished products.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and design teams for material and delivery schedules.
- Organize storage areas and ensure proper material handling and space utilization.
- Oversee loading, unloading, and dispatch of finished products.
- Ensure all tools, equipment, and machines are properly maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the warehouse.
- Submit daily reports on work progress, stock, and manpower.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in interior fit-out or joinery warehouse supervision.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, carpentry, and finishing works.
- Proven experience in job scheduling, stock control, and manpower coordination.
- Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and material lists.
- Proficient in inventory management and basic computer skills (Excel, stock tracking, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
