Office Storekeeper (Urgent)

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and reconcile incoming supplies, materials, and equipment against purchase orders and invoices.
  • Organize, label, and maintain proper storage of supplies and equipment. Maintain a clean and orderly store/stock area.
  • Issue supplies to staff or departments on request, with proper documentation.
  • Monitor stock levels; flag when reorder is needed; assist procurement in placing orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or software). Conduct regular stock audits / physical counts; reconcile discrepancies.
  • Report any damaged, missing, or unusable items. Handle returns or scrap as needed. jobs.
  • Ensure safety, security and housekeeping of store room. Follow company procedures, policies.

Qualifications / Skills

  • Previous experience (1‑3 years or more depending on seniority) in storekeeping, inventory control, site or similar role.
  • Basic computer skills — MS Office (especially Excel), inventory systems/software.
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
