We are looking for a polite, efficient, and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team in a buffet-style restaurant. In this role, you will ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience by maintaining a clean dining area, assisting with basic service needs, and supporting buffet operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Escort guests to their tables and explain how the buffet service works.
• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave.
• Provide basic table service as guest requests.
• Monitor the buffet area to ensure cleanliness, food presentation, and availability.
• Communicate with kitchen staff if items need to be replenished at the buffet.
• Ensure all areas of the dining room are clean, well-organized, and sanitized.
• Address guest inquiries, feedback, or concerns professionally and promptly.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and health regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service with a positive attitude, especially in a buffet setting, is a plus.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay organized and calm in a busy environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to be on your feet for long periods and lift light loads.
