We are looking for a female Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-growing media and marketing agency in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Strong personality, organized, and highly proactive.
  • Must be currently residing in the UAE (applications from tourist visa holders will not be considered).
  • Previous UAE experience is required.
  • Flexible working hours and ability to handle pressure professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize meetings, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and record meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (with the CEO or independently when needed).
  • Handle daily tasks and schedules efficiently.
  • Support communication between departments, clients, and partners.
  • Assist in social media, proposals, and general administrative duties.
