We are looking for a female Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-growing media and marketing agency in Abu Dhabi.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong personality, organized, and highly proactive.
- Must be currently residing in the UAE (applications from tourist visa holders will not be considered).
- Previous UAE experience is required.
- Flexible working hours and ability to handle pressure professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize meetings, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and record meeting minutes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements (with the CEO or independently when needed).
- Handle daily tasks and schedules efficiently.
- Support communication between departments, clients, and partners.
- Assist in social media, proposals, and general administrative duties.
