Role Description

  • Processes transmittal of information between Company, Contractor, and Suppliers.
  • Processes all Project official documentation (includes engineering/technical, correspondence, project management, commercial, legal, supplier/vendor) generated by Company and Contractor to be stored in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
  • Generates and organizes transmittal letters for internal and external stakeholders for documentation.
  • Organize and manage electronic files/documents via SharePoint and Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
  • Distribute, receive and control the project related documents.
  • Receive and distribute project related documents to relevant stakeholders within the organization or external consultants.

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s in any relevant degree.

Minimum Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role
