Job Summary:

B.M.S (Building Management System) Operator is responsible for maintaining and operating the building automation system that controls and monitors various systems such as HVAC, lighting, security, and fire protection in a facility. The B.M.S Operator’s primary responsibility is to ensure that the building automation system runs efficiently and effectively to meet the facility’s needs.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and controlling the building automation system to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise with the building automation system.
• Conducting regular maintenance and repairs on the building automation system.
• Updating and maintaining system documentation and records.
• Collaborating with other building operations staff to ensure the efficient operation of the facility.

Desired Skill & Expertise:

Qualifications and Skills:

• A degree or diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Experience working with building automation systems, including programming and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of HVAC, lighting, security, and fire protection systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
