Key Responsibilities
1. Company Formation & Government Liaison
- Set up companies across UAE Mainland and Free Zones.
- Liaise with TASHEEL, Immigration, Free Zone authorities, and other government bodies.
- Process labor contracts, visa applications, trade licenses, and corporate documentation.
- Collect and deliver official documents like Emirates IDs, licenses, and company stamps.
- Prepare and submit accurate WPS and banking documentation.
- Stay up to date with evolving compliance and regulatory requirements.
2. Operational Logistics
- Travel daily to meet clients and deliver/submit documentation.
- Ensure deadlines are met and client requests are handled efficiently.
- Stay flexible and responsive in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of PRO experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of both Mainland and Free Zone company setup.
- Confident handling immigration, TASHEEL, visa, and labor documentation.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across Emirates.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Strong digital skills—comfortable with government portals and online systems.
- Responsible, highly organized, and client-oriented.
- Clear communicator with a positive, proactive mindset.
