We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Mobile Phone & Accessories Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in mobile sales within the UAE, with strong knowledge of smartphones, accessories, and local market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to customers on mobile phones, gadgets, and accessories
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies, offers, and competitive products
  • Upsell accessories and value-added services
  • Manage stock levels, assist in merchandising, and ensure proper display of products
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and handle post-sale queries or issues professionally
  • Process transactions accurately through POS systems

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in mobile phone and accessories sales (mandatory)
  • In-depth product knowledge of all major mobile and accessories brands.
  • Strong customer service, upselling, and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus
  • Familiarity with UAE market trends and consumer behaviour
  • Presentable, confident, and target-driven personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays
