We are looking for a professional and friendly Female Receptionist to join our clinic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth coordination between patients, doctors, and the administration team.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management:
Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner.
Appointment Scheduling:
Manage phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and booking systems to schedule, confirm, or reschedule appointments.
Patient Coordination:
Guide patients through registration, payment, and follow-up procedures.
Billing & Payments:
Handle cash and card transactions accurately and maintain daily financial records.
Administrative Support:
Maintain patient files, update clinic software, and assist with basic reporting.
Customer Service:
Address patient inquiries and ensure a high level of satisfaction and confidentiality.
Clinic Presentation:
Ensure the reception area is organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with nurses, doctors, and management to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of receptionist or front desk experience (medical or aesthetic clinic preferred).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and appointment management systems.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Presentable, organized, and able to multitask under pressure.
Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits
Starting Salary: AED 3,500 per month.
