The Role
Guildhall is looking for an experienced Planning Manager to support a major marine construction project in Sharjah. The role involves managing project schedules, tracking progress, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: – Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools. – Monitor progress and prepare regular progress reports. – Identify potential delays and recommend recovery plans. – Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to align project timelines. – Manage resource allocation, manpower planning, and equipment utilization. – Support project management in forecasting and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Marine, or related Engineering discipline. – Strong background in planning and scheduling within marine or coastal projects. – Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel. – Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills. – Available immediately or with a short notice period.
