As a Receptionist some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Juggle conference room reservations, manage event schedules, and ensure seamless catering for meetings, your organizational skills will keep the office humming smoothly
  • Playing a crucial role in maintaining office security, managing mail, and assisting with facilities communication; all while keeping the reception area spotless and inviting

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 – 5 years of experience in professional services in a customer facing or administrative role
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems, office software, or scheduling tool
  • Experience in basic data entry and recordkeeping, scheduling appointments and managing calendar
  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, phone systems)
  • Tech-savvy problem solver, comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Master multi-tasker with exceptional organizational skills
  • A warm and professional demeanour with a collaborative with a positive attitude
  • Excellent written communication skills in English, proficiency in Arabic is advantageous
