We are hiring a CNC Machine Operator to run and maintain production machinery. Responsibilities include setting up machines, monitoring performance, inspecting finished products, and ensuring safety standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machines according to production specifications and schedules
• Monitor machine operations to detect issues and ensure optimal performance
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems and report malfunctions
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Ensure materials and tools are available and used efficiently

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role preferred
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, or manuals
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed
