Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
- Maintain visitor logs and manage appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, etc.).
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Coordinate with other departments as needed.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, etc.).
- Customer service orientation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in front desk or customer service is an advantage
