Scope & General Purpose of Job:
This position is responsible to provide quick, efficient and reliable services for all Government related jobs such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration, Ministry of Labor & Consulates, and Business Licenses to the company and its group, adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations within very short notices.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
· Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
· Represent the Company with various statutory bodies including the Immigration Department, Labour Office, Health authorities, Chamber of Commerce, Economic Department, Municipality, Airport authorities, etc.
· Organize periodic renewal of Licenses.
· Prepare Labour office offer letters, employment contracts, and any other correspondence relating to employee terms and conditions changes.
· Independently handle all visa-related issues for the entire organization.
· Arrange medical tests, passports for employees,
· Processing and renewing work permits/labour permits and residency visas for employees promptly.
· Organize visas for business-related travel for management
· Submit all visa applications (new, renewal, cancellation) for DNRD online system (Smart Chanel) and Tahseel system.
· Keep track of all vehicle Mulkiya expiries and renew them before the expiry.
· Responsible for passport safekeeping and other legal documents of the group.
· Require to handle the P.O BOX of the group
· Processing and following up on all work relating to licenses, registrations, expiry etc.
· Update the management of the changes in laws related to Labour, Immigration departments and of other rules and regulations
· Prepare Labour office offer letters, employment contracts, and any other correspondence relating to employee terms and conditions changes.
· Maintaining a database of all, labour cards and residence visas
· Assisting HR in Preparing End of Services for exit staff.
· Assisting employees in all general inquiries concerning labour, immigration, and other HR matters.

Qualification/Knowledge/Skills and Abilities Required
· Minimum high school certificate
· Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
· Good influencing skills & spoken and written Arabic is a must
· Good knowledge of written and spoken English
· Good computer skills (MS Office)

Ensure that the standards required by Law and by Management are maintained at all times in the areas specified above.
