Scope of Work

• Safe loading and unloading of aluminium products (To all destination JA CFS, KP CFS, KP BULK and to Local customer)
• Scarp receiving and distributing to different location as per production requirements
• Internal shifting of stock orders from different area upon request
• Stacking and material movement inside the stockyard
• Stock order covering with tarpaulin upon request from production planning (Tarpaulin will be provided)
• Assisting with logistics and stock handling activities
• Compliance with all site safety procedures

Operator Qualifications

• Certified forklift operators with valid licenses
• Minimum [1 year] of experience in material handling (preferably aluminium/metal products)
• Knowledge of industrial safety practices
• On job training and assessment required for each and every operator before perform our stockyard operation as we are dealing with direct customer to avoid any

Pre-Loading Inspection

• Check cargo condition (for any scratches or damage).
• Verify weight and dimensions against transport capacity.

Product Quality & Condition

• Material must be free from damage or deformation during handling and loading.
• Avoid dragging, or dropping cargo.
• Maintain load balance to avoid tipping or shifting during transport.
• Loading must be done carefully with forklifts to prevent dents or scratches.
• Conduct a final inspection before releasing the cargo

Documentation & Communication

• Record cargo condition before and after loading.
• Inform supervisor or shift in charge immediately if any irregularity is found
