We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Commis Chef / Kitchen Helper to join our crew!

  • Responsible for completing the daily checklist regarding mis-en-place and food storage.
  • Consistent production of high-quality food, and presentation as directed by the Head chef.
  • Work to the specifications received by the Head Chef regarding portion size, quantity and quality as laid down in the recipe index.
  • Helping cooks prepare for meals by washing, cutting, peeling, and slicing ingredients.
  • Maintain quality & consistency with effective utilization of food items.
  • Assist in food trial for menu changes.
  • Washing, drying, and putting away all dishes and kitchen utensils.

Qualifications

  • You have the capacity to multi task, cope well under pressure
  • Knowledge of seafood is an advantage
  • At least 3 years experience working on a similar role
  • Immediate joiners preferred
