Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive with a strong background in the fitout and interior contracting industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a proactive individual with excellent market knowledge and a valid UAE driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and business opportunities in the fitout and interior contracting sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and tenders in coordination with the estimation and design teams.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fitout or interior design sales within the UAE.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong network within the construction and interior design industry.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
