Showroom Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Showroom Manager to lead our luxury furniture showroom and create exceptional experiences for our clients. This is a unique opportunity to manage a high-performing team, drive sales, and bring innovative interior design solutions to life.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and inspire a sales team, providing coaching, training, and motivation to consistently exceed targets.
  • Oversee daily showroom operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and smooth opening/closing procedures.
  • Ensure the showroom is organized, visually appealing, and delivers an exceptional customer experience.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, addressing needs and resolving issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute promotions, events, and campaigns that drive footfall and sales.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Provide comprehensive interior design services, including furniture selection, layout planning, mood boards, and presentations.
  • Use CAD and other design tools to create innovative design concepts tailored to client needs.
  • Track sales performance, analyze KPIs, and report insights to senior management.
  • Represent the showroom at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing a showroom or working in luxury retail/furniture.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills with a passion for coaching and developing talent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of interior design and luxury furniture.
