Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet members and visitors warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Manage court reservations, class bookings, and event registrations using the club’s booking system.
  • Handle membership inquiries, renewals, and payments accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and lounge.
  • Coordinate with coaches, baristas, and management for daily schedules and updates.
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in promoting club activities, memberships, and special offers.
  • Support the team in event days and tournaments when required.
  • Prepare daily reports (attendance, payments, customer feedback, etc.).
  • Ensure all club policies and procedures are followed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Customer Service Representative, preferably in a sports club, gym, or hospitality environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, booking systems, POS).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented personality.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on club schedule.
