Job Summary

Joelle Group is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across luxury beauty and lifestyle brands. The ideal candidate will develop and execute engaging social media strategies, curate high-quality content, and maintain a refined brand image that reflects our premium identity in the UAE and GCC markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals.
  • Manage the content calendar and oversee daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
  • Create and approve visually captivating, on-brand content (photos, videos, Reels, Stories).
  • Lead live coverage during events, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Engage with followers and maintain an elegant, professional tone in all communications.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
  • Track analytics, prepare performance reports, and provide insights for improvement.
  • Stay updated on luxury beauty trends and digital innovations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing social media for beauty, fashion, or luxury brands in the UAE/GCC.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
  • Experience in influencer collaborations and content strategy.
  • Passion for beauty, creativity, and luxury branding.

Salary Range: AED 8,000 – 12,000 (based on experience)
