We are a reputed company engaged in Steel trading . We are looking for a well-organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
- Maintain visitor records and manage front desk operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with management and other departments as needed.
- Keep the reception area clean and presentable.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or front office representative (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure efficiently.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi is an advantage).
