About the Role
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is looking for ambitious and client-focused Real Estate Sales Associates to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on listings
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements
- Negotiate offers and close property transactions professionally
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners
- Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and new developments
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales or customer service (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
