Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Laser Cutting Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining laser cutting machine to produce precision-cut parts and components according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up laser cutting machines based on job specifications, including loading materials and adjusting settings.
• Operate laser cutting machines to accurately cut or engrave materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and CAD files to ensure precision and quality.
• Monitor machine performance and quality of output during operation.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laser cutting equipment.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and defects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Record production data and maintain logs as required.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality control to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating laser cutting machines or similar CNC machinery preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with laser cutting software and CAD files is a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Commitment to safety standards and workplace cleanliness.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in machine operation is a plus.
