Full job description
We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Commis Chef with a strong background in Indo Chinese .
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes items as per the menu.
- Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen equipment.
- Monitor food stock levels and report shortages in a timely manner.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Chinese cuisine at a Hotel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Formal culinary training or diploma is an advantage.
- UAE experience is a must
Salary Package:
AED 1800-2000
