Job Summary:

The Labour / Helper will assist skilled workers, site supervisors, and project teams in various construction and fit-out activities. The role involves performing general site duties, maintaining cleanliness, handling materials, and supporting tradesmen to ensure smooth and safe work operations on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist carpenters, masons, painters, electricians, and plumbers with daily site tasks.
• Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the worksite.
• Mix and prepare materials such as cement, plaster, or paint when required.
• Follow instructions from site supervisors and team leaders.
• Support installation, fixing, and dismantling works as directed.
• Observe all safety rules and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report any unsafe conditions or damages immediately to the supervisor.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of tools and materials after work.

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor.
• Basic understanding of site safety and work discipline.
• Prior experience in construction, interior fit-out, or maintenance projects preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work in different site locations across Dubai as required.
