Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about services.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
  • Maintain and update patient records and registration details.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Handle billing and payment processes when required.
  • Manage the reception area to keep it clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Address patient concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow all clinic policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School Diploma; Diploma or Degree in Administration or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service or front desk (preferably in healthcare) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and appointment scheduling software.
  • Fluent in English ,Arabic and Pashto or other languages is an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time / Shift basis (as per clinic timing)
