Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about services.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Maintain and update patient records and registration details.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Handle billing and payment processes when required.
- Manage the reception area to keep it clean, organized, and presentable.
- Address patient concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all clinic policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma; Diploma or Degree in Administration or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service or front desk (preferably in healthcare) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and appointment scheduling software.
- Fluent in English ,Arabic and Pashto or other languages is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time / Shift basis (as per clinic timing)
