Job Description
Lead the restaurant team as the from the front as a hands-on leader- Strategize on new products and service offerings whilst closely collaborating with the marketing leader.
- Proactive approach in recommending innovative marketing ideas, F&B trends, and executing those thus driving revenues.
- Good financial understanding of budgets and monitors and controls the performance of the restaurant
- Delivering memorable moments for our guests every day, everywhere and every time.
- Leading and coaching the team, helping them in the execution of their responsibilities and set their own goals and objectives.
- Oversees the quality, consistency, and presentation in the restaurant to ensure that they conform to the requisite brand standards.
Qualifications
Service focused personality and previous leadership experience leading a food and beverage team.- Strong and up-to-date in food & beverage knowledge and trends
- Excellent administration, communication and organizational skills
- Good project management skills with experience in opening outlets with new concepts
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all stakeholders
- Service oriented with an eye for detail
- Ability to work effectively
- Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures and generations
- Ability to speak European languages would be an added advantage
