Full job description

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Manage front desk operations including checking in guests, managing sign-in sheets, and issuing visitor badges
  • Respond to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and lobby area.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Food & accommodation will be provided.
