Full job description
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Manage front desk operations including checking in guests, managing sign-in sheets, and issuing visitor badges
- Respond to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and lobby area.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Food & accommodation will be provided.
