Falcon Middle East general Contracting and Maintenance Co, is looking for a detail-oriented HR and Admin Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls and emails.
- Prepare official letters and memos.
- Maintain, organize and update physical and digital documents.
- Assist in preparing and formatting company documents.
- Assist with recruitment (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
- Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files).
- Handle medical insurance addition, renewal & deletion.
- Preparing and maintaining vehicles data.
- Handle general HR inquiries and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
Qualification and Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, HR or related field.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent English communication (written and Verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to handle sensitive information.
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Availability: Immediate
Visa: Visit visa preferred
