Job Title: Procurement Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing purchase orders and follow up with suppliers.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain records of materials, suppliers, and purchase orders.
- Support in comparing prices, specifications, and delivery dates.
- Assist in preparing procurement reports and documentation.
- Ensure timely delivery of required materials to sites.
- Perform other administrative and procurement-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Freshers or candidates with home country experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Female candidates are preferred.
