About The Role
- Main Lobby/Reception management to ensure 5 stars standards
- Welcome the guests: Create a great first impression by providing an Excellent Service “The WOW factor” & build a good relationship with them
- Conduct and manage appointment Scheduling and payment collection
- Register guests pre-scheduled, and collect and enter all information required into the system
- Direct the guests to their specific location
- Test the main clinic lines every morning
- Conduct and manage daily phone calls
- Ensure & Improve guest flow efficiency to avoid any bottleneck
- Address /Refer any enquiries & concerns (Clinic information, operating hours, visiting hours, Services, packages, physicians)
- Support administration duties as required to support the operation department
- Liaise with Hospitality services if needed (security, valet parking…)
- Maintain office supplies stock and refer to supply chain office for orders
- Escorting VIP Patients professionally when required
- Maintain a full knowledge of physicians, specialties, our main departments
About You
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in a large clinic/hospital setting in the UAE
- Ability to coordinate and efficiently complete multiple tasks on time
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent presentation and well-groomed
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Office Ability to work rotating shifts as needed.
- Grammar, spelling and word processing skills.
