Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Outdoor Salesman to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and experience promoting CCTV and security system solutions to clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in CCTV and security system sales.
• Meet clients on-site to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and technical proposals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
• Coordinate with the technical team for project handover and installation follow-up.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in CCTV or security systems sales (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of CCTV, access control, and related security products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented individual.
