Role Description

We are looking for a Female Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a key part in delivering a premium experience that represents the I AM brand values.

Note: The first two weeks will be full-time for training and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintain accurate and trustworthy records, with strong Excel skills
• Coordinate with teams for timely issue resolution
• Handle orders, exchanges, and special client requests efficiently
• Contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience

Qualifications

• Female candidates only
• Must be on the company’s sponsorship
• Previous experience in Customer Service or Client Relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office tools
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and passion for fashion and beauty are highly valued

Working Hours

• Weekdays: 6 hours per day, from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Weekends: 8 hours per day, from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Salary

• Starting salary: AED 2,000
