An amazing opportunity has opened up in our fine dining French restaurant Bord Eau. The successful applicant will be outgoing and always make a great first impression, making sure all our guests have the most curated, luxury and enjoyable experience that Shangri-La has to offer. Bord Eau is a classical French cuisine elevated by the very best produce. Artfully plated dishes paired with the finest wines promise a meal to remember at this Louis XIII décor inspired restaurant.

What are we looking for?

Outgoing & Excellent Communicator.
Experience in Fine-Dining restaurants.
Ability to put patrons at ease and create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Passion for driving exceptional levels of customer service.
Presentable & well groomed.
Ability to handle multiple guest queries efficiently.
Lives & Breathes the Shangri-La Values.

What will you do?

Welcome guests in a cheery, welcoming manner.
Handle guest queries/complaints.
Remain aware of incoming VIP’s/Special Guests.
Take incoming calls on Bord Eau restaurant service phone promptly.
Maintain Positive Guest Relations.
Accomodate guest requests for change curteously.
Assist Bord Eau team & other Shangri-La colleagues where possible.
