Job Purpose:

The Receptionist cum Tele Seller is responsible for managing the company’s front desk operations while providing proactive support to the sales team through telephone-based customer engagement. The role requires excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, a customer-oriented personality, and the ability to handle administrative duties efficiently while promoting the company’s products and services to prospective clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Tele Sales Executive within the UAE or GCC region.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM systems or call management software preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).
  • Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).
  • Location: Office-based position.
