Full job description

  • Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Assists in providing workplace counseling on policies and procedures
  • Prepares job descriptions, posting ads and assists in managing the hiring process
  • Helps with implementation of effective onboarding and offboarding plans
  • Helps in developing training and development programs
  • Assists in performance management processes
  • Supports the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintains and updates employee records according to policy and legal requirements
  • Reviews employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Methodical thinker with detailed proficiencies
  • Upholds confidentiality standards
  • Thorough understanding of clerical HR principles
  • Highly- organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and other software
