Job Description

  • Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
  • Have full knowledge of food & beverage lists, promotions, menu items and preparation methods
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Checks the accuracy of the guest’s reservations, order and other requests
  • Visits the guests in the tables occupied, to confirm guest satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Opera POS
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • At least 1-2 years experience working on a similar role.
  • Hospitality background is preferred.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
