HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Oversee onboarding, orientation, and induction of new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by collecting attendance, leave records, and other relevant data.
  • Support training and development initiatives, including scheduling and tracking employee progress.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and internal communications.
  • Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics or corporate environments.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
