Role Summary

You will be the clinic’s first point of contact—converting inquiries from phone, WhatsApp, website, and social channels into confirmed appointments and paid treatments. This is a sales-driven role that blends consultative communication, product knowledge, and disciplined follow-up to hit monthly booking and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound & Outbound Sales
  • Answer calls/WhatsApp quickly, qualify leads, recommend treatments, handle objections, and close bookings.
  • Proactively follow up with warm leads, no-shows, and past patients for reactivation and upsell.
  • Appointment Booking & Pipeline Management
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments; manage waitlists; reduce cancellations and no-shows.
  • Maintain accurate lead stages, notes, and tags in the clinic CRM.
  • Consultative Guidance
  • Explain treatment benefits, pre-/post-care basics, pricing, and packages clearly and compliantly.
  • Cross-sell/upsell relevant add-ons and packages aligned to patient concerns and budget.
  • Documentation & Compliance
  • Adhere to DHA guidance on claims and patient communications; use approved scripts only.
  • Capture required patient details accurately; protect patient privacy and data at all times.
  • Service Quality
  • Meet speed-to-lead SLAs; ensure every interaction is empathetic, professional, and brand-consistent.
  • Collect feedback, escalate complaints, and share insights to improve campaigns and offers.
  • Collaboration
  • Coordinate with front desk, nursing/doctors, and marketing to ensure smooth patient journeys.
  • Update the team on promotion changes, stock, and calendar availability.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years’ experience in call center sales, telesales, or front-desk sales (healthcare or beauty/aesthetics preferred).
  • Strong spoken and written English; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales/booking targets.
  • Confident objection handling, needs assessment, and package/plan recommendation skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and basic Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs).
  • Flexible to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of common aesthetic treatments (e.g., Laser Hair Removal—Deka Motus Pro, HIFU, PRP/PRF, Skin Boosters, IV Drips).
  • Experience with PBX/softphone systems and queue handling.
  • Familiarity with lead sources (Meta/Google Ads), “speed-to-lead,” and re-engagement strategies.
