Job Description:
Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be seconded into a prestigious client organization in the United Arab Emirates to support the delivery of a major rail infrastructure programmed.
This senior level role requiring expertise in contract administration, commercial risk management and stakeholder engagement with a complex infrastructure project.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Administer and manage contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Support the resolution of contractual issues, variations, and claims in coordination with client and contractor teams.
- Prepare and review contractual documentation, correspondence, and reports.
- Advise on contract strategy, risk mitigation, and procurement processes.
- Liaise with legal, commercial, and technical teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 15+ years of contract administration experience within the engineering and infrastructure sector.
- Rail project experience is strongly preferable
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is essential.
- Proven track record in contract administration on major infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.
- Qualified and chartered by a recognized international body such as Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
- Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
