Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into property sales.
• Conduct viewings, meetings, and negotiations with clients.
• Promote off-plan and ready properties to both investors and end-users.
• Maintain an updated portfolio of available properties.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Stay informed on market trends and new project launches.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of real estate sales experience (Dubai market preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate (off-plan & ready).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; Hindi or other languages is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• RERA Certification is an advantage.
