Bright Smile Medical Center, one of Al Ain’s leading and fastest-growing multispecialty medical facilities, is looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our Human Resources Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR department.
- Maintain employee records, files, and documentation.
- Assist with onboarding, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Handle correspondence, data entry, and general office coordination.
- Support HR activities such as recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative or HR support roles (healthcare experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and professional presentation.
