Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing Italian and Asian cuisine, and be ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks under the supervision of senior chefs
• Ensure proper handling and storage of all food items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Follow health and safety standards at all times
• Assist with inventory and daily kitchen operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Experience in Italian and Asian cuisine is required
• Preference will be given to candidates with their own valid visa
• Must be available to join immediately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of basic food hygiene and kitchen safety procedures
• Good communication skills
