Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Barista (Waitress) to join our team. The role combines preparing and serving coffee, tea, and specialty beverages along with attending to guests, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant café experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages.
• Take food and beverage orders and serve customers promptly.
• Greet guests warmly and provide menu recommendations.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS system.
• Ensure the café and service area are clean and well-organized.
• Restock supplies (coffee beans, milk, syrups, tableware, etc.) as needed.
• Handle cash/card payments accurately.
• Work with team members to maintain smooth operations.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience as a Barista, Waitress at a cafe (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
