We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual for the position of Quotations & Accounts (Data Entry). The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and create professional quotations based on customer inquiries.
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry related to quotations, invoices, and financial transactions.
- Assist in maintaining and updating records of quotations, purchase orders, and accounts.
- Handle accounts-related tasks such as basic bookkeeping, reconciliation, and record-keeping.
- Communicate with clients and suppliers to gather required information for quotations.
- Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and experience in handling accounts-related tasks.
- Familiarity with software like Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting/ERP systems (e.g., Sage 50, QuickBooks).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Experience:
- Previous experience in preparing quotations and accounts-related work is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant skills may also apply.
