We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our car rental team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Hotel, Concierge Services or Hospitality Industry, with strong skills in customer relations, reservation handling, and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and reservations professionally via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and individual customers.
• Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to ensure seamless bookings and vehicle availability.
• Promote company services to potential clients to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Manage customer feedback to ensure a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong aptitude for customer service and sales.
• Good knowledge of booking systems and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
