Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Lighting Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have experience in event or wedding lighting setup, programming, and operation of DMX lighting consoles.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, program, and operate lighting systems for weddings and live events.
• Work with the Lighting Designer to achieve the desired ambience and effects.
• Handle DMX addressing, cabling, rigging, and focusing of lights.
• Ensure lighting equipment is properly maintained and tested before shows.
• Support the technical team during setup and dismantling.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues quickly to maintain smooth event operation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in event or stage lighting.
• Hands-on experience with Avolites / MA / Chamsys consoles.
• Knowledge of DMX protocol and lighting fixtures.
• Ability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Team player with attention to detail and good communication skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.
