A reputed FMCG company is looking for an experienced Sales Merchandiser to join a winning team of individuals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives
• Manage sales, customers feedback and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
• Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately by following FIFO.
• Planogram implementation as per the brand guidelines.
• Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in merchandising
• Should have valid UAE driving license
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening, presentation and decision making skills
• Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
