Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the butcher in cutting, trimming, and preparing meat products.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of meat to maintain quality and freshness.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
  • Follow health and safety standards, including proper food hygiene practices.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in butchery or food handling is preferred.
  • Knowledge of meat cuts and basic butchery techniques is a plus.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Understanding of hygiene, food safety, and sanitation practices.
  • Punctuality, and strong work ethic.
