Affordable Group of Companies is hiring an Administrative Executive (Recruitment) to manage recruitment processes for both white-collar and blue-collar positions. The role requires hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for both skilled and unskilled roles
- Source candidates through job portals, agencies, and field recruitment
- Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments
- Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and onboarding formalities
- Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation
- Liaise with recruitment agencies, labor supply vendors, and internal departments
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and visa processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (white- and blue-collar) in the UAE
- Strong understanding of blue-collar hiring, trade testing, and labor supply
- Experience using job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with UAE labor and immigration procedures is preferred
