Affordable Group of Companies is hiring an Administrative Executive (Recruitment) to manage recruitment processes for both white-collar and blue-collar positions. The role requires hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for both skilled and unskilled roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, agencies, and field recruitment
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments
  • Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and onboarding formalities
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies, labor supply vendors, and internal departments
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and visa processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (white- and blue-collar) in the UAE
  • Strong understanding of blue-collar hiring, trade testing, and labor supply
  • Experience using job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with UAE labor and immigration procedures is preferred
